Weatherproof. Our Royal Edge membrane has shown little or no effect from sun, rain, hail, ice or snow since 1965.

Minimal Maintenance. Coatings are never needed, due to our Royal Edge membrane's high resistance to ultra violet rays and the ozone.

Withstands Temperature Extremes. The Royal Edge membrane will not split, crack or rupture due to extreme temperature fluctuations. It has a flexibility range of -75 degrees Fahrenheit to temperatures up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

Fast, Safe Installation. Our Royal Edge roofing systems can be installed on new construction and retrofit projects without disruptive activities in the building.

Fire Rated Systems. Our Royal Edge applications are in compliance with both Underwriter's Laboratory and Factory Mutual guidelines. (See UL and FM Directories for specifics).

Warranties. Our Royal Edge membrane is offered with a FREE membrane only warranty for commercial, industrial and institutional installations. Labor warranties are available for a nominal fee for periods of 5, 10 and 15 years. Labor warranties are offered only through our Registered Applicator Program.
